The Charlotte Testing Center is located in Eastridge Mall -- one of the biggest malls in the South. It has over 120 stores, anchored by Sears, JCPenney, Belk and Dillard's. With its diverse mix of stores and entertainment activities on 3 levels, the mall draws respondents from the entire metro area, representing all socioeconomic levels, including 85% Caucasian. Eastridge Mall is approximately 20 minutes from Douglas Airport, with many restaurants and lodging facilities in the immediate vicinity. The CPResearch facility is on the lower level near JCPenney.

In addition to face-to-face interviews, taste tests, simulated store studies, commercial testing and mall intercepts conducted in this facility.  This Testing Center also handles fieldwork: executive and in-store studies, WATS and local telephone projects, pre-recruits, door-to-doors, mystery shops and audits. The CPResearch staff covers the entire Charlotte SMSA from this office and offers computerized interviewing on PCs and laptops, in addition to paper and pencil interviewing.
