The Colorado Springs Testing Center is housed in the Citadel Mall -- the largest enclosed center in the area with 175 stores on three levels anchored by JCPenney, Macy's, Dillard's and Mervyn's. It draws a heavy volume of traffic from all socioeconomic levels including 10% Black and 5% Hispanic. The mall is 5 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport, with hotels and restaurants nearby. The main office is on the mall on the lower level near the escalators leading to Foley's.

CPResearch has dual Testing Centers: Focus Group Facility on the third level and a Testing Center office directly off the food court. These facilities handle all face-to-face Testing Center activities, including group and telephone (local and WATS) studies, taste tests, simulated store projects, audits, mystery shops, door-to-doors and executive interviews using PCs or laptops or traditional paper and pencil.

In addition to face-to-face studies, all types of fieldwork in Colorado Springs and Denver are also handled from these facilities.
