The New York Testing Center is located in the Garden State Plaza -- a fully enclosed, 2-level regional center with 320 stores anchored by JCPenney, Lord & Taylor, Macy's, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.  The mall draws respondents from all socioeconomic levels from New York and New Jersey (10% Black).  It is 20 miles from LaGuardia Airport, 25 miles from Newark Airport, and 30 miles from JFK Airport with restaurants and lodging in the immediate area.  The CPResearch of New York facility is located between Lord & Taylor and Nordstrom on the lower level, adjacent to Parking Structure A.

The interviewing staff of CPResearch of New York conducts all studies with traditional paper and pencil or on PCs or laptops.  In addition to face-to-face studies, all types of studies are conducted in this facility, including WATS and local telephone studies, pre-recruits, taste tests and simulated store projects .  Fieldwork is also carried out in the form of in-store, executive, door-to-door, mystery shop and audit studies.
