CPResearch, Inc is a leader in market research and data collection – perhaps you have seen us in shopping malls or heard from us on the telephone or you may have come to one of our offices to attend a focus group or complete a questionnaire on a new product.  Our ONLY business is taking the opinions of consumers and business persons, like yourself.  CPResearch, Inc. is a member of the Marketing Research Association (MRA) and ESOMAR, and as such, subscribes and adheres to these Association's guidelines on the ethical use of privileged information; your personal profile is completely voluntary and will be kept secure. Your personal identity and email address will not be disclosed, sold, rented or exchanged with any third party for any purpose.

PRIVACY POLICY

CPResearch, Inc. considers privacy of our respondents and clients as a paramount concern. It is our policy to allow potential respondents to provide as much, or as little, personal information to us as they feel comfortable doing.

We believe that, upon reviewing this policy, you will feel comfortable that our practices allow us to do our job, recruiting the best respondents for marketing research while maintaining the integrity of our database and the confidential nature of the information contained within.

COLLECTING INFORMATION

The information we obtain about you from your Participant form allows us to enter your name, profile and preferences into our database of tens of thousands of people who, like you, are interested in assisting companies bring better products to the marketplace. If, for any reason, you are uncomfortable submitting your information over the Internet, but would still like to become a participant in a study, please contact us at 1 800 336-0159 today or contact one of our local offices. We will be happy to take your information privately over the phone, or mail you a database form to fill out at your leisure.

CONTACTING YOU

The information you supply, including your name, profile and preferences will allow us to contact you via email, phone or fax to determine whether you would like to participate in a particular research opportunity. Clients of CPResearch, Inc. recruit respondents based on demographic and psychographic data, including zip code, ethnicity, lifestyle, values, product preferences, medical conditions etc. By submitting your profile data to CPResearch, Inc., we do not guarantee that you will be recruited, nor compensated in any fashion.

LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITIES

Your privacy is very important to us, due to the existing technical environment, we cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will not unintentionally be disclosed to third parties in ways not described in this policy. Due to the existing legal environment, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to address or resolve inquiries or

Internet Panels in our local markets and nationwide use "Blended Panels."  Please contact us for details of the use of these panels on your specific research project.
