• Richard Miller has a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics from Michigan State University as well as over 35 years of marketing research experience with various firms.

• Karen Sams Miller has a B.S. in Business Administration / Marketing from University of Illinois and has over 35 years of marketing research, field management and data collection experience.

• John Fox has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania and has over 30 years of consulting, ad agency and marketing research experience.
