1.      DEVELOP YOUR NEEDS

Many clients have the need to talk directly with the persons who collect data to determine their need.  We spend the time during the proposal and costing stages to work with you in developing how to best conduct your research.

2.      ESTABLISH THE METHODS

We look at all methods for collecting data.  Since our company does ALL types of research using our own offices, facilities and panels, we can recommend ANY type of research method that will provide excellent results, be reproducible and economical.  Unlike other research companies, we do not need to “fill our phone centers” or use panel research because that is what we have – With CPR Testing Centers we offer it all.

3.      ASCERTAIN SAMPLE

Sample Sizes and Quotas are established by your analysis needs and your budget.  And we work with you to determine the trade-off of quality samples verses sample sizes verses methods.  With CPR Testing Centers, you can explore the option of price, quality and methodologies before you have spent a single dollar on your research.

4.      WORKING WITH PROPERTIES

Some studies do not have anything to show respondents.  These are prefect studies for the telephone, the internet, mail, and other methods that are less secure and less expensive.  At the CPR Testing Centers, we take your prototypes, your food products or concepts, and put them in secure facilities and assure that only qualified non-competitive respondents see and evaluate your products.  In out testing centers, respondents look at, touch, feel, taste, sit in and view actual sized products as if these were in the store or at home – there is no second guessing what the product might look like or feel or how big or small it is.  And our product taste testing is a controlled exposure – each person gets the correct product at the correct temperature in a controlled situation. 

5.      QUESTIONNAIRE ADMINISTRATION

Electronic or paper questionnaires – in depth interviews or focus groups.  We help decide the best way to collect the data.    And now, we collect ALL our data using High Tech Internet Based questionnaires – the use of computerized Internet Based questionnaires “wins” every time over the paper and pencil versions of the questionnaire.  However, recognizing that some clients still prefer paper, we offer that service at prevailing rates and prevailing timing.  The choice is yours and your clients. 

And now video conferencing is assisting us with collecting qualitative data and reporting it.  Our video conferencing meeting planning system give clients the opportunity for meetings for questionnaire designs, observing briefings, pretesting questionnaires, viewing IDI interviews, viewing Focus Groups, conducting a focus group with on-line respondents sitting at home, lowering costs for travel and related expenses, give instantaneous delivery of transcriptions. Increased overall quality of your research through observed validations and many more.

6.      QUALITY CONTROL

Meet Dunn Wright – our resident reviewer of the research procedure.  Dunn Wright is CPResearch’s helpful and watching eye that looks over your data as it is being collected.  Dunn works day and night looking at the data and the qualifications of respondents to assure respondents are qualified, have not participated in research studies within CPResearch within the time periods you specify, and confirms with the respondent that they do and say is really what they said, and he assures the interview was actually completed.  Dunn uses a combination of software, hardware and industry knowledge to quickly and confidently conduct and validate surveys.

Now Dunn Wright is LOOKING at respondent data and scrutinizing the interview procedure like never before imagined. Dunn inspects both the methodology and validity of the interview with minimal amounts of human intervention. Dunn Wright provides assurances that the data is the best available and your quality is what you expect.  

7.      DATA PREPARATION

  • Data file layout to your request and electronic transfer of data

  • With Web based questionnaires, Instant Summary Results / Cross-Tabulations are available as the interviews are completed.  Many clients now review the data for additional questions that may become apparent, develop coding guides early in the project and prepare summary / full reports at various points during the data collection.  Availability using any computer with access to the web

  • Data entry available for paper questionnaires

  • High-speed scanning of paper questionnaires converting to a readable ASCII file or database.

  • Completed paper interviews keypunched into ASCII data file

  • Completed paper interviews sent to you via courier

8.      REPORTING

  • The process of reporting within our testing centers includes frequent reports of the status of the various aspects of the project (including tally reports, completed interviews by quota group, net effective incidence, etc.)

  • As the data is collected, you can review the data in summary form question by question (with a cross tab)

  • Tabulations including cross tabs

  • Conjoint, perceptual mapping, cluster analysis and other SPSS statistics can be created, or you can do it yourself where we give you your data is SPSS format or any other format

  • Transcripts can be completed in verbatim or summary format (question by questions for ALL groups)

  • Summary or detailed reports are provided are in variety of formats

  • Presentations in PowerPoint, Word or any other format requested
